From Carla Taylor of The Mousehole Woolery
as seen on 'Craft it Yourself' on More4

"We have got some exciting news,
for a little while now we have wanted to start
an informal fun social needle felting group
but we have been waiting to find just the right place to hold them.
Well now we have found just the perfect place,
the wonderful Old School Gallery in Yetminster in Dorset.

The gallery is one of my favourite places to visit with its lovely coffee shop,
beautiful artists work, comfy sofas, fire and warm welcome.
The Felting, Fibres & Friendship Group
will be a fortnightly meet up where like minded woolly
needle felters can get together socially over a cup of tea/coffee and a
slice of cake and work on their latest project and have a good old natter.
There will also be a pop up woolly shop where you can purchase all the
latest colours and textures of wool as well as felting needles and equipment.

These are purely social gatherings so no tuition will be provided but
for those wanting to learn needle felting or certain techniques please see our
workshop list at the top of our Facebook page or we can offer
one-to-one tuition, just send us a message to
and we will be more than happy to help.

So why not come along and join in the felting fun!
The next gathering is on Friday 19th January 12.00-16.30.
